Evidence-Based Support. Personalized Care. Lifelong Progress.
Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is a leading therapy based on the science of how people learn and behave. It’s widely recognized as the most effective, evidence-based approach to support children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other developmental challenges. At Go Behavioral, we use ABA to help children build communication, independence, social skills, and emotional regulation—all while supporting families every step of the way. Our goal is not only to improve behavior, but to improve quality of life.
The Science Behind ABA Therapy
ABA is built on decades of research into how people learn and how behavior is influenced by the environment. It allows us to break down complex skills into small, teachable steps and build them up over time using positive reinforcement and consistent practice.Through ABA, we help children develop:Communication and language skillsSocial and play skillsEmotional regulation and coping strategiesDaily living routines (e.g., toileting, hygiene, eating)Attention, learning readiness, and classroom behaviorsSafer, more adaptive responses in place of challenging behaviors
