Available Positions

Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)

Location: Fresno, Los Angeles, Sacramento

Pay: $65,000–$110,000/year with bonus opportunities of $3,000–$15,000 annually (paid quarterly)

Key Responsibilities:

• • Develop and implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
  • Conduct assessments and supervise behavior technicians
  • Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams
  • Ensure quality data collection and compliance with funder requirements
• Requirements:
  • Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, or related field
  • Current BCBA certification
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Experience preferred but not required

Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts (BCaBAs)

Location: Fresno, Los Angeles, Sacramento

Pay: Competitive hourly rates based on experience

Key Responsibilities:

• • Support BCBAs in conducting assessments and supervising BTs
  • Assist with behavior plan development and implementation
  • Train and guide Behavior Technicians (BTs) in service delivery
• Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • BCaBA certification
  • Strong analytical and interpersonal skills

Case Managers

Location: Fresno, Los Angeles, Sacramento

Pay: $23–$33/hour depending on experience and qualifications

Key Responsibilities:

• • Manage client cases, including reports, stimuli, and behavior plans
  • Supervise and train Behavior Technicians
  • Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients
  • Analyze client progress and adjust interventions as needed
• Requirements:
  • Enrolled in or near completion of an ABA Master’s program
  • RBT certification preferred; Go Behavioral will provide resources for certification if needed
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Benefits: Paid supervision hours, flexible schedules, mileage reimbursement, mentorship by BCBAs, and professional development opportunities.

Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) / Behavior Technicians (BTs)

Location: Fresno, Los Angeles, Sacramento

Pay: $17–$25/hour depending on experience and qualifications

Key Responsibilities:

• • Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children, teens, and young adults with autism
  • Implement treatment plans created by BCBAs
  • Collect data and report on client progress
  • Support clients in home, school, and community settings
• Requirements:
  • High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • RBT certification preferred but not required; training provided for certification
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Reliable transportation and ability to lift 50 lbs
