Culture awareness to build rapport

On 31st March 2025, we held a training session on Cultural Awareness to Build Rapport led by Claudia Martinez, CTL. The session highlighted the importance of cultural understanding in strengthening relationships with clients and families. Through discussion and real-life examples, participants explored how cultural awareness supports trust, effective communication, and respectful care, helping teams build meaningful rapport in diverse settings.
