Important Notice for CalViva Health and Health Net Families

Go Behavioral is aware that some families have recently received notices regarding our participation with CalViva Health and Health Net.

Current Network Status

At this time, Go Behavioral has not received final formal confirmation stating that we have been excluded from the CalViva Health or Health Net network. We are actively communicating with both health plans to obtain clear, consistent, and written information regarding these notices and their potential impact on services.

Go Behavioral continues to receive and process authorizations at this time. However, authorization and coverage decisions are determined by the health plan and may vary based on each member’s individual circumstances.

Families Who Would Like to Continue With Go Behavioral

Families who prefer to continue receiving ABA services from Go Behavioral may:

WHAT THIS MEANS FOR YOUR FAMILY

Coverage and Family Financial Responsibility

We understand that families may be concerned about receiving a bill for their child’s services. Under an approved Continuity of Care arrangement, covered ABA services are paid by CalViva Health or Health Net in accordance with the health plan’s authorization and payment requirements.

Go Behavioral will not bill families for covered ABA services provided under an approved Continuity of Care arrangement. We will continue working directly with the health plan regarding authorizations, claims, and payment.

Families should contact their health plan to confirm their child’s individual Continuity of Care status and obtain a reference number for the call.
