Be sure you have a copy of your autism diagnosis report from your physician. If you have not gotten an official diagnosis, we can refer you to the proper resources.

Verify your insurance benefits by contacting us. Our insurance specialist will work with you to determine the specifics of your ABA therapy coverage under your insurance policy.
Fill out and submit the intake form, as well as any other documents that may be necessary.
